Diversity and recruitment : Sirca's commitment
An innovative action in the struggle against discrimination : recruitment professionals and public institutions, following an initiative from the HALDE (government authority against discrimination) jointly commit to reject any discriminating request and officially sign up a common document.
Among 90 participants in the agreement, Sirca, member of SYNTEC Recruitment, signed this declaration.

AESC - Association of Executive Search Consultants:
Sirca was co-opted in 2008 to this international association of renowned executive search firms, defining itself as "the Voice of the Retained Executive Search Industry, bringing together executive search consultants, hiring organizations and senior executives". Sirca has joined the AESC European Council since the Brussels conference on November, 19-20, 2009.
7 IMD International Search Group partners are currently applying to the AESC.

Albert HIRIBARRONDO, Managing Partner, former President of the Alumni Association of Centrale Paris engineering school (www.centraliens.net), has recently been reelected for a second mandate as President of IMD International search Group (2010 – 2013).
Pascal BOHU, Managing Partner, was re-elected in 2010 for a second mandate as an Administrator of the executive search professional organization Syntec Recruitment. He is also President of the organization's Sourcing and Innovation Commission.

The IMD Partners gathered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on April, 8 to 10, 2010, to the invitation of our local Partner
