20/06/2019

IMD International Search Group is strengthening its capability in the Education / NFP Sector by welcoming a new Partner in the UK.

IMD members are appreciative to Fisher Leadership, IMD Australia & New Zealand, to have introduced and recommended Minerva, who joined the organization following the recent global conference of IMD in Paris.

Minerva was created in 2013 by Ben Tucker and Kerry Shepherd, formerly leading the Education and Social Enterprise Practice of a global executive search group. The company has experienced a constant year-to-year development since its foundation. The Minerva team is truly international, being able to communicate in over 12 languages including French, German, Hebrew, Spanish, Finnish, Romanian or Russian.
Minerva specialises in the client sectors of higher education, business schools, K12 education, charities and social impact organizations, membership bodies, publishing and business services. "We work extensively within a limited number of sectors, meaning that we build long-term relationships with people who are candidates one year and clients the next", highlights Ben Tucker. Minerva focuses on building quality relationships with clients and candidates, on operational excellence, and diversity.

“Fisher Leadership has a mandate to bring more diverse mind to decision-making tables throughout Australia and the APAC region. We are really pleased to deepen our partnership with Minerva which further advances our ability to deliver exceptional candidates from around the globe.”

“We are delighted to be new members of the IMD Group", adds Ben Tucker. " It has never been more important to find valuable ways of international collaboration, and we are looking forward to getting to know and working with our new colleagues over coming years.   It is an exciting point for us in the development of Minerva”.

Fisher Leadership and Minerva have already successfully collaborated in the past and our organization trusts that further collaboration will develop involving our other partners active in the practice in North America and continental Europe as well.

"IMD already had a strong expertise in Education with our members in Canada, USA, Switzerland, France and of course Australia, adding the UK on our practice map is a major move and we're all thrilled to welcome Minerva", notes Dr. Matthias Mohr, IMD President and Managing Partner of Dr. Heimeier & Partner.
